Estate Planning
Regardless of your age or net worth, estate planning addresses important issues like naming guardians for minor children, providing protection in the event of your incapacity, avoiding probate or guardianship litigation and properly passing your assets to the right beneficiaries at the right time. Every adult person, whether they currently own assets or not, should have three basic estate planning documents, a Will, a Power of Attorney document, and an Advanced Medical Directive (Living Will).
Estate Administration
Simply put, Estate administration involves the orderly legal process following the death of an individual to gather their assets, pay the outstanding debts, pay applicable taxes and distribute the estate to the rightful beneficiaries
