Francine W. Kaplan, Esquire

Francine W Kaplan is a trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience in a broad range of civil litigation. She served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and as in-house counsel for the New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits.
Following her public service, she worked at the Elder Law Offices of Nancy Rice. In 1988, Ms. Kaplan founded her own practice that focuses on litigation of probate matters, guardianships, special needs trusts and litigation in Orphan’s Court and Chancery Court.
Ms. Kaplan has experience in interest-based negotiation, healthcare law, New Jersey tax law, federal Bankruptcy law, federal health care privacy and security law (HIPAA), state pension laws, state environmental law, administrative and regulatory law, and Parental rights and child advocacy laws.
