Kaplan Law Offices has represented Fiduciaries being sued and has represented beneficiaries suing Fiduciaries.  A fiduciary is a person having a duty, created by his undertaking, to act primarily for another's benefit in matters connected with such undertaking. Guardians, Executors, Administrators, Trustees and Attorneys-in-fact (Power of Attorney) are all fiduciaries.
